Areas of Focus

This year's Go NGO Consulting team will focus on three primary areas:
  1. Relationship Management - Go NGO will focus on continuing to strengthen and expand the relationships formed with our client base on previous trips to Mexico. We will also continue to engage with our Beta test group of approximately 15 nonprofits in Mexico City.
  2. Communications Strategy - We realize that online communications tools cannot alone help an organization improve and connect with clients, donors, volunteers and peer organizations. Technology has to be part of a larger, more comprehensive communications strategy. This year, Go NGO will be focusing on helping nonprofits research and create a larger communications and engagement strategy supported by Go NGO's technology tools.
  3. Product Development - the Go NGO Product team is working hard to develop a suite of online tools that will allow nonprofits to better connect to their key stakeholders. The initial product suite is scheduled for launch in late 2006/early 2007. The Go NGO Consulting team will be working closely with the Product team to provide feedback from clients throughout the product development lifecycle.

Countdown to Mexico!

Well, the Mexico nonprofit mini-conference is just about upon us and the response to our email invitation has been overwhelming.  We now have twice as many people attending as we had expected.  We expect this event will be the first of many conferences hosted by Go NGO as a way to learn from, interact and engage nonprofits in Mexico.  If you would like to attend and have not yet registered, please click on the link on our home page to let us know that you will be coming.
